New Realtor Solutions

We have homes all over Texas that have Sellers ready to assign their mortgages and we are currently evaluating over 100 leads per week in the state of  Texas. However, we don’t have a Realtor to refer the lead to in Most Texas Cities.  Right Now we have Real Estate Teams in Austin and San Antonio already processing leads and signing up two home owners per week.   We are only looking for Realtors who would like to join Nextage Realty Franchise under our team and we will deliver leads and training.   We need people willing to travel and learn or want to work the Houston, Dallas, Plano Wichita Falls,  New Braunfels, El Paso, Amarillo and many of the small towns between cities. 

The leads will vary from traditional Real estate and investment properties to Owner Finance transactions, which will be the bulk of the leads.  We will provide training via videos and webinars for any questions after the videos for full  mentorship.  The Nextage business model is very unique and offers agents the ability to work in the “WE” real estate world instead of the “I” real estate world by encouraging  you to leverage a team.

Now let’s get one thing clear about these leads.  These home owners will work directly with you but they will have already agreed in writing to the program.  The Properties are already under contract or listing agreement. You will not have to convince the sellers to sell, you will just have to work with them to find a buyer and provide assistance along the way.  This is why this is so much better!  No Prospecting for sellers just marketing for buyers in that area for that home.
